Opis stanowiska:
Our client, a prestigious and highly respected global company, is seeking for a General Ledger Team Leader to join its Shared Service Centre in Łódź.
The main responsibilities of the successful Candidate will be the smooth transition of finance work from existing locations into a shared service location. This will involve planning, process mapping, documentation and stabilization of a processes as well as work-shadowing and training team members. Subsequently the team leader will manage a record-to-report team and cover all aspects of the record to report cycle. A successful candidate will help to create a best-in-class shared service function with a focus on customer service, process efficiency and continuous improvement.
We are looking for candidates with master degree (accountancy, economics, finance) and min 2 years of proven experience in a similar role in R2R. Good IT (SAP) skills and fluency in English are required (other European language is an advantage).
