Opis stanowiska:
For our significant, international and well known company, with office located in Ostrava (czech Republic) we are looking for suitable candidates for the role of Customer Support Specialist with different combination of languages
ENG+GER+SPANISH
ENG+GER+FRENCH
ENG+GER+ITALIAN
ENG+FRENCH+SPANISH- or Portuguese, Dutch or Swedish are also welcome.
In this position you will be responsible mainly for following agenda:
You will be in the 1st line support, responsible for answering incoming questions and solving queries, you will be a support of another division, provide information and suggest solutions, you will assign all queries into the system. This position is a medium between customer and technical division, you will keep customers informed about the status, progress of technical faults on their services.
Do you meet following client´s key requirement for the role?
What is really needed is fluency in following languages: English+German+Frech, English+German+Spanish, English+German+Italian or English+French+Spanish,
perfect communication skills, enthusiastic person, patience and advanced knowledge in MS Office.
