Ideal Candidate would have excellent written and oral skills in German and good command of English. Exquisite customer care and courteous attitude connected with positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude is essential to succeed in this position.

Moreover Candidate would have interpersonal and team building skills, be confident and flexible to react in unexpected situations and should be oriented in results. If he would have experience in the travel industry, that would be big advantage.
