Responsibilities:

• within three-six months get basic knowledge about company’s IT systems and programming standards to be able to work on projects and small enhancements requests


• juniors developers will complete training of AS/400 system and RPGLE/CLLE programming


• analyze and propose solutions based on business requirements


• produce accurate, clear, commented and efficient program code from a wide range of program specifications


• amend and produce External and Internal specifications and standard documentation as required at each stage of project lifecycle, including database/application design


• produce test plans and performs acceptance tests, review test data output for program/system modification accuracy


• ensure database compliance and security


• investigate live system faults, diagnose problems, propose and provide solutions


• perform software deployment to production
