Requirements:
- excellent written and oral skills of German or French
- good command of English language
- excellent customer care
- self-confidence, flexibility and result oriented
- positive, enthusiastic and proactive
- interpersonal and team building skills
- experience in the travel industry will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- handling inbound calls and chat requests from customers using tourism portal
- qualify and interpret customer need and provide customer satisfaction by helping resolve customer issues
- the highest levels of customer care and prompt issue resolution
- compliance and adherence to procedures
- tourism software operation
