DEVELOP PROFESSIONALLY IN MULTINATIONAL ENVIRONMENT as a
Contact Centre Specialist with German or French
For our Client - internationally recognized company we are currently looking for Candidates willing to develop professionally within customer service area. We are looking for dynamic people, ready to develop their career in demanding environment.
Successful Candidate will be working as a part of a team responsible for maintaining excellent customer care at the highest level, answering queries of the clients via telephone, providing appropriate information regarding product of the company and building proper relationships with clients.
An ideal Candidate on this position needs to have very good command of German or French as well as good English and previous experience in multinational environment in the area of customer service or helpdesk. Furthermore, knowledge of MS Office and strong communication and customer service skills are necessary to be considered successful Candidate.
