For our Client- worldwide producer and supplier of laboratory instruments – we are looking for:
Technical Support Agent
Main purpose of position is to provide technical support ,regarding laboratory and analytical instruments, in Polish and English language for dealer network via telephone and email.
Main tasks are:
Our Client offers long term contract, attractive remuneration package and trainings.

Main purpose of position is to provide technical support ,regarding laboratory and analytical instruments, in Polish and English language for dealer network via telephone and email.
Main tasks are:
- Providing technical support for dealers and end users in all technical aspects - applications documentations and product information for laboratory equipment.
- Being point of contact for Sales Support Center , Accounting Department and Dealers regarding orders, shipments and complains
- Supporting and prepareing the administration in relation to CRM, products’ repairs and payment remainders
