Opis stanowiska:
For Our Client, which is a leading global IT services company, working with clients in the areas that impact and redefine the core of their businesses we are currently looking for Incident Manager Team Lead.
On the position of Incident Manager Team Lead you will be responsible for the management and control of incidents as they occur, support the continuous improvement program, control reports and make them available to users and customers. As a Leader you will be required to train less experienced team members and provide input for performance management of team members. Also, you will supervise your team on a daily basis, perform various Admin tasks and report directly to the reporting manager on all issues.
Successful Candidate should have around 5+ years experience in IT in global environment, operational experience and technical background. Moreover, you should good understanding of banking business, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. you need be excellent listeners and customer-oriented person. We expect ITIL Foundation/Practitioner certificate. Very good command of English is necessary.
