Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Global Category Manager Sales & Marketing. Our Client is the international company, the leader in its sector. This position is located in Warsaw.
 
The Global Category Manager Sales & Marketing will deliver procurement-based competitive advantages globally across the company for Sales & Marketing category by managing a world-class supplier network that provides superior value.
 
This mission will be accomplished through the following; Development, agreement and Implementation of category strategies and value delivery plans for the Sales & Marketing category globally. 
 
Specific responsibilities will include developing category strategies to optimize Sales & Marketing spend globally. Build and maintain senior level relationships and demonstrates the value of Sales & Marketing Strategic Sourcing. Determine, source and manage appropriate key players and solutions for category management.
 
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 7-8 years of related experience in purchasing, procurement in Sales & Marketing category is required.  Demonstrated knowledge of Global Sourcing processes and legal contract negotiations is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate across all management and organizational levels are required.  Demonstrated ability to deliver results and think strategically is essential. Fluency in English and German both written and spoken is a must.
