Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Back Office Coordinator with Russian
Key activities
  • Supports Sales related activities
  • Works in a consultative and supportive manner with Customers to manage their business needs – acts as a business consultant
  • Cooperation with Shared Services Center and other Departments
  • Provides information regarding Sales and Marketing Plans, Bonus
  • Tracks and verifies of Customers' awards, qualifications and incentive programs
  • Supports / organizes trips, meetings, trainings, visits of Customers
  • Maintains Amway Reception, Amway Branding and Training/Meeting Area in the office
  • Maintains Csutomers' related information in back-office systems
  • Monitors and reports on activities and customers' business performance to Sales team members and direct supervisor
  • Contributes to flow of information and data between Amway and Customers using correspondence, telephone and personal contacts
Key Qualifications required
  • Fluent in Russian and English (knowledge of Lithuanian, Estonian and/or Latvian will be an asset)
  • 2-3 years experience in back office or customer service (B2B or B2C)
  • Experience in Direct Selling Industry / Sales will be a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starting personality, pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Service oriented attitude.
