ACCOUNT MANAGER

For our client - a leading corporate bank - we are seeking an Account Manager. Our client is in a strong expansion phase in the Polish market. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional and ambitious team

Opis stanowiska

- Client contact as needed to execute the credit application,
- Managing daily credit administration of assigned portfolio,
- Coordinating information requirements within the bank,
- Executing the credit applications and annual review process for clients,
- Performing transaction, counterparty and industry analysis for vanilla type transactions,
- Managing the clients credit limits,
- Preparing profit overview reports,
- Responsibility for documentation to be correct and in place,
- Maintaining customer contact data and activity efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer feedback and product enhancement requests are managed,
- Working closely with Relationship Mangers to deliver day to day support to the site as well as product upgrades and rollouts, managing customer constraints and ensuring customer satisfaction is optimized.

Wymagania

Kogo szukamy

- BA or Master in Business
- Min. 4 years relevant banking experience (credit, relationship management, products)
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Service minded and able to work in a team,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem solving skills combined with high level of written communication proficiency,
- Strong business acumen
- Fluent English and Polish, German of advantage
- Team player with good analytical skills, structured, accurate, service - minded, strong ability to prioritize
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines,
- Proactive, customer-oriented attitude
