Opis:
- Ensure timely preparation of all required financial reports in order to meet all local tax and legal requirements -Run all the company's operations in compliance with SOX entity level & key control principles.- Daily management of all financial and tax matters in Poland- Management of budgeting and forecasting processes; short-term and long-term planning - Business Management Support - as a part of the management team oversee and manage all operations of the company, look for new opportunities, propose and implement new business initiatives, give recommendations - Develop standards and establishing overall priorities concerning finance ; improve processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency, accountability for performance management
Wymagamy:
- Higher education in finance or accountancy field- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA or Chartered Accountant) will be a strong asset- Practical knowledge of US GAAP is necessary- At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or BIG 4- Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people, demonstrated strong influencing skills- Hands-on approach and result driven - Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
