Opis:
- Manage the service delivery of a growing fund accounting operational team- Implement and maintain proper controls to ensure accurate and timely fund accounting/administrative services to clients- Ensure proper scheduling of operational flows- Implement effective risk management and control procedures to ensure effective compliance across operations and speedy resolution of issues as they arise - Work with senior management to develop the vision and culture of the growing organization- Continuously work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fund accounting operations- Participate in the interview and selection process to attract high potential personnel
Wymagamy:
- Master's degree in Finance related field - Accountancy/Economics- Minimum 8 years fund accounting experience with at least 5 years of management experience- Experience in migration project management is a big plus- Excellent client relationship management skills- Proven track record of leadership ability and management of large teams of people- Fluent oral and written Polish and English
