Typical Output & Tasks:
• Project Management: Overall Project Plan, Risk & Issues Log, Open Actions List, High level & detailed level time schedule, PID, weekly top management reports & presenting the overall status to Top Management;• Process Documents: Collect information for predefined forms, such as customer care documentation, B2B help desk information, resource request forms for operational tasks;• Technical Documents: Sequence diagrams of integration flows; support of writing technical change request, high level architecture diagrams.

Wymagamy:
Requirements:
• Strong project management skills;• Project experience within the telecommunication industry;• Deep technical knowledge and educational background, especially in the area of:Billing;SWAP, IP, HTTP (understanding and ability to identify problems which might occur) • Good knowledge in defining processes with regard to onboarding of new business partners;• Very strong communicational;• Fluent English language skills (negotiation level!) mandatory, German is nice to have;
