PURPOSE OF JOB

Assistance to sales of bitumen from Terminals in Scinawa and Szczecin, directly from the refinery - across Polish, intra-Community supplies and exports.

FRAMEWORK FOR ACTION

Bitumen Sales Assistant works closely with the sales team including Regional Sales Managers and transport Coordinator, Department of Operations, Laboratory by organizing the necessary conditions for proper customer service in the sale of both the sale of bitumen in Scinawa Terminal and directly from the refinery. Actions taken by a person in this position are to receive orders flowing in from customers of Total Bitumen.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bitumen Sales Assistant is responsible for carrying out the work in the sales departement, which includes communication with the customer, support the sales process, complaints and any other form of communication with the customer in the field as indicated below.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

  • accepting orders for delivery from customers and keeping their registration - in accordance with the relevant operational procedures and instructions associated with this (see the procedure for taking orders, direct delivery to the customer, etc.)
  • cooperation and contact with Key Account Managers:
    • Informing about the payment status of the customer
  • completing orders from customers, control and supervision over the quantity ordered and sold (close cooperation in this field with customers)
  • close cooperation with the coordinator of logistics for the transfer of data on planned loadings, dates and time of delivery to the customer
  • close cooperation with the Operation department
  • support of SAP (receives, orders, reports, etc.)
  • preparation and issuance of transport documents
