Job Description Managing projects of different size and complexity (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking, root cause analysis etc.), Establishing and maintaining the correct structures to control and monitor project deliverables to the business, Liaising with other units within the service delivery organization and within the business; managing expectations for projects, Ensuring that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed.

Job Requirement Job Requirements Mandatory Master’s or Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred Proven track record of success managing cross-functional IT or Business projects and a minimum 3 years project management experience with at least two years experience in directly leading projects Certified Project Management Professional (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) Fluent spoken and written English, French or German Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or other common project management desktop tools Job Requirements Additional Ability to work effectively with cross-functional virtual teams, and to build strong collaborative relationships Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization Strong influencing skills: demonstrated ability to get things done without formal authority Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication styles to team members, contractors and executives who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Good leadership skills to train, guide and mentor the work of less experienced team members Personal impact, showing energy and drive to achieve results of the highest standard Creative and open minded Ability to multitasking and switch between tasks quickly Flexibility to travel
