Job Description Managing technical projects of different size and complexity (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking, root cause analysis etc.), Fulfilling the role between the project management and the technical disciplines involved in a project (Mainframes, Networks, Applications and Tooling, Service management, Service Desks, Telco, Server adm.) Liaising with other units within the service delivery organization and within the business; managing expectations for projects, assuring effective communications between engineering, technical, construction, and project controls groups Ensuring that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed. Job Requirements Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Telco, information technology, engineering or related field Proven track record of participating in cross-functional IT or Business projects Fluent spoken and written English, French or German Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or other common project management desktop tools. Project management awareness. Prince2 foundation/PMI CAPM is a plus
