Opis:
Responsibility:
responsibility for the marketing and branding strategy,
managing the marketing budget according to overall objectives and sales ambitions,
ensuring sales and marketing work together- therefore working closely with Managing Director & Sales Directors,
active member of the global marketing team,
working with Global Marketing Director on strategic marketing- development of global priorities and key campaign messages ,
customer Education & Seminar programme (in line with Global programme ),
developing a customer segmentation & target market strategy to accelerate sales,
new product penetration through strategic campaigns and product launches,
wholesaler communications, POS & sales promotions in agreement with Sales Director ,
ensuring up to date technical, sales and marketing materials,
analysing and assessing market and industry trends,
managing agency relationships, both with strategic Global Partner and local partners.
Wymagamy:
Requirements:
min. 3 years of experience at relevant position in international Company, technical branch will be in plus,
high education-marketing,
very good knowledge of English and Russian,
technical & commercial background will be an advantage,
ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
excellent leadership,
strong communication and analytical skills,
ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings,
self-directed,
willing to travel.
