Do you want to develop as a Back Office Supervisor in banking industry? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, innovative Bank, we are currently searching for experienced Back Office Supervisor who is willing to work in Łódź, Poland.


As a Back Office Supervisor you will be responsible for support in initial set-up of new Back Office, team leading, daily operational agenda distribution, maintenance, correctness, completeness and timely processing of the assigned agenda, as well as training and support of new employees. You will cooperate with other bank units on project and products management, submit proposals and implement rationalization follow-ups. Typical tasks would include: recruit talented staff, training and support of new employees, drafting and submission of reports and statistics, observance of regulations of Polish and international companies regarding bank and business secret, support in adapting and implementing internal policies, monitoring and maintaining procedure and policy manuals.


We are looking for Back Office Supervisor above 2 years experience of practice in banking sector and team leading in operations department with knowledge on organization, function and methods of banking/ financial industry operations as well as knowledge of processing of operational agenda. Fluency in English and Polish is a must. Knowledge of: Slovak, Czech or Hungarian will be an asset.
