Improvement Associate with basic Dutch

On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services from the West of Poland, we are currently recruiting for the position of a Improvement Associate.

Your role will involve:
Conducting internal audits with the help of CPI leadership and quality measurements of the F&A operations. The Improvement Analyst would be also responsible for processing, reporting and monitoring F&A transactions as well as analyzing data such as customer satisfaction (CSAT).

To be successful in this role you will need:
Fluent business English language skills (oral and written), basic Dutch language skills, 1/2 years of experience in E&A role, Master's degree in Economy or Econometrics, Knowledge of Access database and MS Excel (macros and queries), Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to operate in an international environment.
