Opis:
Job description:Tools Technical Analyst is focusing on the most effective and efficient deployment of IBM Business Process Delivery tools. As part of the tools team this role provides tool expertise to IBM’s global clients in the area of OTC (Order to Cash)
Main activities:
To ensure deliverables are completed per the project plan
Responsible for implementing the BPD OTC tools standard project model to meet the business requirements of BPD
Coordinate the validation procedure of the OTC tools standard project model to Delivery requirements
Work with the OTC onboarding leads to fit of requirements and note gaps
Arrange the OTC tools SME for integrated testing and UAT
Arrange and coordinate ‘Train the Trainer’ training session based on availability and the account resources
Assure proper handover of the process to suppport organization after project go-live
Analyst will report to local onboarding tools lead.

Polish: Fluent
MSSQL/SQL strong skills are a must
Analytical way of thinking/issues resolution
