Opis stanowiska:
Dla naszego międzynarodowego Klienta z branży produkcyjnej w Krakowie poszukujemy na 6-miesięczny projekt z możliwością przedłużenia osoby technicznej do administracji i rozwoju jednego z systemów informatycznych. Z wymagań wymienionych w profilu najbardziej zależy Klientowi na znajomości przez kandydata języków skryptowych (w szczególności JavaScript), MS SQL i doświadczeniu w zarządzaniu serwerami Windows Server 2003 i 2008. Idealny kandydat powinien mieć doświadczenie z systemem HP Service Manager (lub HP Service Center) od strony administracyjnej.

IT Application Management Specialist is responsible for implementation support in complex business critical services . IT Application Management Specialist has deep application competence both functionally and operationally and ensures for Service and Applications sustainability.
• Perform and manage activities supporting local businesses’ implementation projects including tasks such as system configuration, system support, process definition and requirements gathering
• Act as part of implementation and operations drive for proposing application improvements for optimized service delivery
• Gather and write requirements as part of implementation team and where applicable for system operations
• Document solutions for future reference
• Support Project Manager / Service Level Manager in new customer on-boarding and system testing activities
• Keep competence on application operations, upgrades and maintenance
• Provide application training on-line and on-site as per business demand
• Create and maintain training material
• Create and maintain system documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Good working knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server administration
• Good knowledge of SQL database administration
• Practical knowledge of scripting languages (preferably JavaScript)
• Practical knowledge of HP Enterprise software (HP Service Manager Center) is a plus
• Practical knowledge of MS Team Foundation Server administration is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL) is a plus
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes and SMTP protocol is a plus
• Experience in problem solving - reactive & proactive
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong cultural awareness
• Good working knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture
