His/her duties will also include ensuring implementation of migration measures, handling client communication and escalations as well as providing operational support to team members.The successful candidate has at least 2 years of professional experience in finance/accountancy area as well as experience in maintaining relations with clients and team management. Very good English language skills are a must. What is more at least one additional language is essential: French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese. Experience in BPO/SSC area would be an asset.
