Assisting in the order management process
Corresponding with internal/external resources via phone, fax and email
Understanding our customers’ needs and expectations
Following business rules and procedures
Working in a team environment
Requirements for the position:
Fluency in spoken and written French
English on an intermediate level
Be customer service oriented
Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Capability to work in an IT driven environment
