Finance & Accounts Sub Area Manager
Location: Wrocław
Our Client is a global leader in professional services employing over 130,000 people world wide. In order to drive operational excellence a new Shared Services Centre will be established in West of Poland to provide finance and accounting services to the internal clients.
Acting as a key member of the start-up team you will be challenged with the task of migrating accounting processes from one of the territories (Mediterranean region). You will be responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements on accuracy, time and manner and striving to exceed the expectations of the management. As a People Manager you will manage performance of your team through training, coaching and regular feedback. With other SSC leaders your main duties will also include continuous improving and implementing core accounting processes.
To be successful in this role you need to have previous experience within a BPO/SSC organization in Finance & Accounting function on managerial level and be able to communicate in English. Strong analytical and communication skills will be a key in order to work effectively and closely with other teams within accounting functions. Practical knowledge of Global Financial Information System.
