Opis:
Apply Capnor Poland Sp. z o. o. is a company specializing in laser scanning. The company is a part of Apply Capnor Group, which includes companies in Norway and USA. Our services are directed to large international companies operating in oil & gas, chemical and power industries.
We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
IT Specialist
Workplace: Krakow
Responsibilities:
analyzing and resolving most common issues by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problems remotely
maintaining and supporting computing standards to include desktop OS, various office applications and computing platforms
handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from users regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network
keeping records of all users? issues in the reporting system
working independently to support desktop systems and servers
supporting IT infrastructure
adjusting and maintaining SharePoint server
We expect:
higher education, computing science degree will be an asset
proficient knowledge of: Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory, MS Office
work experience with applications: MOSS, MS SQL, MS SharePoint Designer
good understanding and sufficient skills to support computer systems and networks (i.e. operating systems, associated hardware and software, network configurations)
minimum 1-year experience on a similar position
excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
problem-solving mind
ability to work with minimum supervision and perform under pressure to tight deadlines
